throttle body

i took mine off and cleaned it today, definately feels more alive, but whenever i come to a stop it hangs around 1400 rpm for a few seconds before dropping down to normal idle, and this is at a complete stop, not rolling up to a stop

any ideas or is it normal?

so it's just hanging at 1400 or so, then it drops down? that actually sounds pretty normal for our cars...

reset you computer, it may have been very dirty and when you cleaned it, it could have just flowed a little different. also have you looked into the IAC Mod? mine hangs at 1000 for a sec or two then goes down to idle.
