Kinda disappointed....

Well I was behind my dad today(he was drivin my car) and I got to thinkin about how it sounded. So I rolled the window down(I was in another car) and I could barley hear it. I always thought it was pretty loud outside of the car due to it being really loud on the inside(due to the turndown's). Now I know I have the quietest mufflers out there, tho's being flowmasters. And I have the quietest mid pipe, but the o/r prochamber did make a diff in the sound, but what muffler does everyone suggest thats louder w/ a good tone other than being like a resonator or glass pack, just stricky a muffler type. Ideas?

My Bassani's always turn heads...started with just the axle backs. They sounded really good then...then had the rest of it done...so glad I did.

I have an o/r x and weld in flows. With the stock cat back i was suprised how much louder it was once when i was driving behind my car. But i too dumped it and i like the suttle deeper tone. Maybe you could get the cat back to help push out that sound for ya. Or get LM2s..magna packs always seem to be brought up alot for a louder muffler too

Does your car have a rattle? I have a o/r x pipe and flows and there is some sort of metallic sound under my car around 1800-2000 rpm. I'm so sick of it I'm getting magnaflows

hmmm like a constant raddle. Before it was dumped i guess it had the infamous X pipe rasp and flowmaster rattle. Now its a deep tone esp below 2k rpms! i set off car alarms alot when i just kinda tap it like that. No rattle tho. If i could up load a video i have some.

No he wasn't gettin in it or ne thing just normal drivin.

I like the sound of the turndowns and don't want to put the tips back on. I want the sound of my car like it is now just a little louder.

+1 with mama for the Bassani, everyone I run into say I have the best sounding Mustang in my area. And as far as a rattle, I had flowmasters and they did the same thing, I think a baffle inside broke, thats why I got my Bassani. Best decision I ever made. Flows are restrictive too.

Love my bassani. Sounds awesome! Always turns heads. Have an o/r x pipe. Sounded good with the cats too. Car just melted them so i went catless.
