timing cover
can someone give me a step by step on how to remove the timing cover? or if someone knows a website where there is one.... having some trouble removing it

ok lets try this... does the timing cover have to come off to get the heads off?
or can i just undo the cam gears and slide the heads out

yes the timing cover has to come off to take the heads off, make sure you put the motor in safe mode, and retime it right when you put it all back together
