04 GT Mods

I just bought an 2004 GT 5spd 40th Anniv. Its completely stock right now and Im wanting to do a couple mods. I was thinking of adding a 2.5" Mac X pipe kit with dynomax bullets, K&N Cold Air Intake, 3.73s and an SCT Xcal 2 tuner. But who is the best tuner to buy from and get there tunes, and it can hold up to 3 tunes right? What kind of tunes would be the best to get, like a economy daily driver tune and then a all out haul ass tune? Also how does these mods sound? Should wake it up a little?

You can delete the rear o2 sensors in your Xcal tunes, just tell the tuner. No MILs needed.

i like the sound of flow masters but hate the numbers they put out. i would prefer the magnaflow or slp. but if the dynomax is what you want go with that. everything else sound good

Go with the JLT CAI!! I think that most guys on here would recommend them. I just put one on my buddy's new '06 GT.. very easy to install, nice looking addition to under the hood. Just make sure you get a tune. We installed the CAI in the parking lot of the tuning shop, it's that easy.

The car will run very lean without a tune. Either get a shop to install or do it right before the tune like we did.
