98 motor with pi set up supercharged

Is it worth tying to race a 98 4.6 motor with a supercharger on it and a pi set up on is it a waist of time, it also have stock internals. What do you think.

dude, i think ur asking if ur gonna get beat by a 98GT with a PI swap and supercharger.

if i'm right, the answer is fuck yea son!!!!

that PI swap puts him right up there in the 230rwhp range and that blower will push him to about 350......

ur gonna get waxed

98's weigh about 100lbs more then 99-04

Your vert weighs more. But if both are coupes I thought the 98 is lighter.

nope. my vert is heavier then a new edge vert too.

these cars weigh around 3300lbs, where as the new edges weigh around 3200. my vert is in the 35's

i am superchargerd also with all bolt ons other then aftermarket heads

I also have a supercharger on my car with all bolt ons other then aftermarket heads.

Then its a drivers race... and depending on suspension. You will both have near the same power im assuming without more details.

i say before you race you slap a bunch of Nos/Zex stickers on the windows to give you about 50hp each and then say about 10 hail mary's. You might win on luck alone then
