Can i Kill Some CAT's

my question is Can i kill 2 of the 4 cats on my stang??? My state doesnt have emissions, and ive heard people saying that getting rid of 2 of the cats makes it a little louder. By the way my car is a 232 V6 with 2 1/2 Catback flow 40's with and Hpipe crossover and 3 inch tips. It has a cold air intake and PP upper and lower intake. I currently have a xcal tune on it with 4:10 gears and i usually run 93 octane.

correct and correct

cutting off your cats will not make your car as loud or gain as much power as an offroad pipe
