The subframe connectors simply make the connection between the front and rear of your car more firm. Stock, your 2 sub frames are not connected by anything but the sheetmetal of the passenger compartment. The passenger compartment is weak and allows the body to twist and react differently in front than in the back. Think of it like holding to ends of a wet noodle. The middle flops around. If you connect them with the subframe connectors, it keeps them in line better. Lets your suspension work together between the front and back, it also keeps the torque from twisting your chassis as much and helps to make the whole car move as one for weight transfer. Subframe connectors are a requirement for anyone doing any kind of performance driving. Its like $200 to buy them and install them. Its cheap and easy. And if nothing more than safety, you should have them installed.
