Running Rough

I recently installed a 4.6 in my foxbody. I have put a little over 100 miles on it. It has a rough idle to it sometimes, and sometimes if i start it it will rev to about 1500 then die. Also a couple of times it has dies at stop signs on me. I have heard some people say that it takes a while for the computer to adjust, and it does semm to be getting little better. Anyways I was wondering if this will get better as the computer adjusts or if i could be throwing a code or something. I am 99 percent sure I have everything hooked up correctly.
