me and my dad put my nitrous kit in by ourselves. Is yours a wet kit? Dry kits are a little simplier cause you dont have to fuck with fuel lines or that extra fuel syllonoid. The best advice i could give you is map everything out first. Decide where your putting all your syllonoids, where your running your piping, making sure you have enough room cause those 4an lines dont bend very well. Other than that, its def something that shouldnt take you more than a weekend, if that long. As far as the tune goes, if you have a handheld programmer, i dont think it would be very hard to get them to upload you a nitrous tune ontop of your cammed tune. If its like a custom ecu tune or dyno tune, that a different story.

ooo, i forget thats how zex does it, i really wish thats what i would have gotten. But then it should be an even easier install. Tune questions should be answer by someone with more experience than me, i only have a tuner with a nitrous tune.

If your tune is like a 93 octane tune then you will have to back out some timing for the spray, and you will need a 1 stage colder plugs for a 75-100 shot. you need to find out how much timing they advanced then go back to that much plus back 1-2 degrees.

they are rated, like tr5. I just cant remember if the higher number means hotter or colder. I think tr5 is colder than tr6.

No its the other way. I ran NGK TR6's with my 100 shot and no tune at all. Now I run TR55's for my N/A setup. NGK is all I run but some guys just run champions and some guys just run other brands. its alot like mufflers. Just don't run platinum with boost or spray, platinum doesn't bend, so under high boost instead of bending or warping it just flat breaks off and then you are in a world of shit. For me its TR6's for boost and spray and TR55's or if you wanna drop big bank for Iridium then ITR5F13's for N/A. For NGK the higher the number after the R the colder it is. here is a link for the heat ranges overview.

You also might want to keep an eye on your fuel pressure, a buddy of mine moved from a 75 to a 125/100, can't remember which, and his rail pressure dropped down to like 23 psi or somthin. Im runnin a 100 w/ no tune and no programmer at all so thats next on my list. But btw the zex kit is simple to install. If you have a whole day deddicated to it, it shouldn't take more than a day. But planning is key like 04mustang232 said, map out where and how you want to run everything, and double check to make sure you have all of the tools nessecary and you should be set.
