I have just an o/rx and i welded in my flows. Than i dumped it so except for the manifolds the only stock exhaust pipeing is in between the x pipe and the mufflers..like a foot and half. Im thinking if i have a shop weld in some 2.50 piping will that open the car up at all any??

yea man should give it a TEEEENY bit more throat. not much since ur already off road piped and dumped. hey when u dumped the flows did that wake it up alot? cuz i want my exhaust louder so im about to hack off the cat back an dump it at the wheels.

Umm not really but it did get way deeper.. especially at idol and low in the RPMs. I love the sound of it especially when i get on WOT..i always loved that sound of the 5.0s thats what i was kinda wanting.

yea i want it deeper/louder at idol its fine when i get on the gas. but when im in park/not on gas i want it to rumble! i heard itll get louder inside the car an thats about it. but i want it louder outside,

hey u guys shuld leave some vids of the exhaust i have true dual exhaust no mid pipe and 2 2.5in flowmaster 40 series and getting ready to cut out 2 of my cats and see how it sounds so ill post some vids soon... i like the 5.0 sound to and am experimenting on my exhaust so i can make it louder lol
