machining down bent cylinder valves

So my 99 cobra has been in excessive motorsports for about 5 weeks now. they told me 2 weeks ago they were sending the cylinder heads to the machine shop nd they finally got there last thursday. he said all four were bent on one cylinder. just wondering how much it should cost/ how long it should take. I really need the car back for this weekend and they guy ( chris) at excessive never has any idea when my car will be back. everytime i ask when it should be ready he replies with " about a week or so" nd thats been goin on for 4 weeks.

You will have to replace all 4 valves & most likely the guides.
Also fix whatever caused them to get bent. What came loose?
The actual work takes about a 1/2 day.
But shop workload is probably the biggest hang-up.
