they sound very similar, except, the stingers dont pop as much.

I started off with Magnapacks, went to Borla Stingers, and then Darryl Bassani himself hooked me up with a custom Bassani deal, and I've never been happier. (can't beat free!)

My ear says that the Magnapacks and Stingers are very similar in sound, and like ShapeShifter says, the only difference I could tell was the Stingers didn't pop as much.

From my experience I would say the Stingers are a tad louder. If you are looking for loud than just get a SLP Loud Mount, or find a Ford Racing FR500 that is the loudest out there.
