changing heads...windsor to romeo

what all would i need to change my 00 4.6 windsor heads over to the romeo head off a 03 4.6 gt....only thing i see differ is the 11 bolts holding the valve cover on..

heads an valve cover is the only thing differ .am i right or wrong
and is there any differ in performance of the 2 heads
and what is the cost of labor of this job

im not really looking for performance head unless i find a good deal on them,

should only be new valve covers and oil cap.

there is no performance difference. why would you want to switch stock for stock?

also 6 or 8 bolts on the timing cover go from a M10 to a M12 thats the only difference i see.. other than the valve covers... oh and then chain guide on the drivers side only uses one bolt instead of two like the romeos, no big deal though.

Why spend the extra money on a different set of stock heads? If your going to spend that kind of time, you might as well do a cam and port and polish job.

Just cause you blew a plug doesnt mean its time to upgrade unless you want to....if your on a budget you can do a time-sert and will be just fine. Parts will cost about $35 and does not require pulling the heads.

i have already fixed the blow out,the heads off the 03 i can get for basically nothing. an i wont have to worry about the blow happening again.i dont want to spend 1000k plus on after market heads.....i DONT have that kind of money to dish out, this will be around feb or march before i do this,im just gettin a good ideal of what its goin to cost so i can save to have it done..even at tax time i wont be able to because im buying a doublewide then.

oh, as for parts you would need - the valve covers, oil cap, and the couple of different sized bolts that hold the timing cover to the head. Thats pretty much it to my recollection. Everything else can be swapped over.
