Quick Tranny Question...
The auto tranny off an 04 3.9 Mustang V6 is indeed a 4R75W, correct? My friend would like to swap out his t-45 for this tranny(4R75W)...my question, will it work, what is required in the swap?

no clue of whether or not it would work...
but for the m to a swap, the trans of course, pedal assembly, computer flash or retune, way more work than its worth to me, etc.

does he have a v6? to do a swap you need the counsoul and shifter, computer, wirering harness, flexplate, crossmember and mount, not sure about the driveshaft, or the starter. if you can just find a donor car.

well, no he has an 01 Mustang GT, he is getting the tranny for 100 bux and wants it for later....he wants it for nitrous, as the car is gonna see more track time than street use.
