You bet your ballsack that if they have good specs i'll be gettin me a set.
I'm in the market for heads as we speak. My stockers are about done at 25k miles. I have the infamous passenger head tick that so many stangs have been recalled for.
I was about to order me a set of fox lake stage 2's, but then i heard about these. So i'm gonna wait until spring to see how they do. No matter how much they cost, i'll be gettin me some.

I kinda hope they're a little on the pricy side... just cuz i know if their cheap, everyone and their damn neighbor will be running around with some... and i'm all about being unique with my stang if you guys havent already noticed. haha

^ how do you have 280RWHP, and you wont be unique if they are the ONLY aftermarket heads out

o and btw... my car dynoed 274rwhp with the alum ds out. The ds didnt give me more hp, but it gave me more rwhp with the less rotational mass.
Its one of the best investments you can make for a car imo. The more fhp you add, the more rwhp the ds will keep giving you.

280 with bolt ons, including LTs, isn't too out of normal. My friend Cathys old 2V dynoed at 278 down here in hot humid summer.

i put down 282/321 in 97 degree weather with 99% humidity with full bolt ons. i get a lot of shit about the dyno wasnt calibrated and what not, but ive destroyed quite a few other bolt on 2v's so i dunno. i made that on a load cell dyno (and yes it was calibrated properly) so id like to do some pulls on a dynojet to see how the numbers differ.

Trap and et at the track would be a better way of backing up the numbers.

dyno numbers dont mean anything... they can be skewed just by the way the car sits on the rollers and the tires and wheels....

The only way to test a car IMO is at the track or street(ACmillr style) or even round a course (faster lap times)

My car has been on the dyno once, to find peak power and tq and that was three combos ago... Now i do all my testing on the 1320. and have way too many time slips... i just find them scatterd around the house and garage, and hell even the cars...

nor does mine.... but i have only done the first once... and infact i broke the motor that went in before it was paid off too... I paid my sister the last payment a week ago! As long as you dont give the thing hell,I.E. slick on stock rear end launching on spray like me, it should be alright. I really could care less if my Pile O Shit broke again, and again, and again. Its part of racing it and enjoying it. I wouldnt want to have a street car that never gets above 3000 RPM because of cops and my age and profiling. So i enjoy the car where it is legal. Infact i think the worst i have ever done in my car has been on my own street doing burnouts and testing nitrous and what not...

Granny shifting the car when it was slow and still my driver(last year) 16s and 15s i never once had a problem... Now as i have goteen faster, thats wehre it gets to the point of breaking something everytime to the track... Thank god my sister likes me and lends me money...
