squeeking

Hey guys, I have had a squeek coming from my engine for a little bit now, I thought it was my belt going bad so today I finally had the time to change it yet the squeek is still there. It sounds like a chirping almost very high pitched. any ideas on what I can do to stop it? I noticed no pullies were moving when I revved the engine. so im at a loss on how to get rid of it.

Check to see if your idler pulley is spinning freely.

Take the belt back off, and see if you can spin the idler pulley by hand. And while you're at it check the rest of the pulleys as well to see if they are seized.
