Grill Delete

Does anyone know if there is that big of a difference between the 2 and 3 piece grill delete kits?

i have the 2 piece. I dont like it. The 2 piece allows you to see the radiator through the grill area. where the 3 piece blocks almost all of it so you cant see the radiator. the 3 piece looks a lot cleaner, put it that way.

I have the two piece, and i like it. I took some flat black spray paint and painted my radiator. I'm not sure what the extra piece is on the three piece, but if powershiftz is correct then i'm still glad i dont have the three piece cause i like having the grill completly open.

ill post some tomorrow of my 2 peice when its not dark out, other wise id do it now.

But here is a good website that breaks it down.... Mach 1 Grille Delete

That shows 3 pieces ^^^^^^^^^^^ and the 2 piece Set

ok this is the (3rd) piece that blocks you from seeing most of the radiator. So if you buy the 2 piece you will not receive this piece. You will get the Pony and the 2nd piece which lays over the front bumper. Mach 1 Grille Delete 3rd Piece Sold Separately

I'be been wanting to paint my radiator black like Travis so it doesn't look weird. If you dont mind painting your radiator black then hell go for the 2 piece.

thanks, I have been looking for a grill delete and haven't decided yet. I had planned to order the 3 piece cause I thought the 2 piece just had a piece missing that had to be bought later or not at all.

I have the three piece kit. When the hood is open, it gives the grille area a real clean look. If you go with the two piece, it will look like something is missing or unfinished when the hood is open.

I will also get some pics when daylight comes around.

the 3rd piece is not already in your car. 3 piece looks great. 2 piece looks bad because you can see the bracing and too much of the radiator. 2 piece is just the cheapest way of getting rid of the honeycomb grille.

i have the 2 piece, and i do like it, but it does kind of throw it off with the radiator being there, is there any special way to paint the radiator or anything? because i think that would look alot cleaner IMO

^^When i put my two peice on i panited my radiator with some flat black spray paint. Ill put some pics up in a little bit.

here's a 2 peice... the 3rd piece is only to cover the top of the grill delete... not to block view of the radiator

the black plastic behind the emblem should already be on your car...

and yes, I know I have a screw missing on the emblem... I just now found this out

Here is my 2 piece with my radiator painted flat black, and dont mind all the bugs on my bumper i just had a 6 hour highway trip yesterday and havent had a chance to wash her yet.

stangmods.com lets you buy each piece individually... so if you're not sure, go there and buy the 2 piece kit, then if you think you need the third, you can buy it separate
