But i need to upgrade my brake system, and i was looking at the cobra 10th anniversary edition calipers, rotors etc. Its the one with the red calipers, but says cobra on it. The kit completely changes your brakes to the cobra brakes, but do you think its like making your car a fobra? I mean if it didnt say cobra on it, itd be cool whatever, but with it on there, would that bother anyone? Im just not sure if i want my brakes sayin cobra

nice, yea i found the whole kit front and back for like 950. But on LMR it says it fits on cobra, special edition, and mach 1's. But it fits gts too right, assuming you get the new rotors too?

yea if anything ill just say i have cobra brakes and i have a less chance of dying when i need to stop in a hurry lol. but still its expensive, i might just get rotors and paint my calips, i got paint for them

oh yea that just reminded me i seen a bullitt the other day, i drove right past it. It was black and it was sitting real low. First one i seen here. You think blue calipers look good? I got blue paint cuz i want a black/silver/blue theme.

what other blue accents will there be? gotta tie it together with something or else it may just be a bright blue spot behind the wheels you know? then again mine are red and nothing else is.......



plus its just paint if you change your mind on if you like it you can just paint them again

well i want to do the center caps on my wheels, like swervo's i think. pretty sure he had his done, it was on americanmuscle i remember. and eventually a couple minor things under the hood, for now

If you are going to upgrade you calipers, get some SS brake lines as well. Some kits will come with fronts, but do the backs as well. Also a good idea to upgrade to some serious brake fluid. You need to bleed the system anyway, so put some Super Blue in there and you will have premium fluid.

Just as much trouble to put top fluid as D.O.T. 1

Yeah man, I found that sale on late model resto and I don't think it's being a "fobra" at all. It proves that performance is your game. And its a nice upgrade. Real nice. If people don't understand that then oh well. .........their problem..........
