WINTER MOD: 10" CONVERTER WITH 3800RPM STALL AND dr'S-b
This converter will be strong enough to lock-up right after the 1-2 shift at WOT reducing the et even more on top of what the stall does with a set of DR's. I found this on the Thunderbird forums. Heavier cars with automatics brought them further ahead of what is available for the Mustangs with 4R70W's and they are the guys who did the 5-speed to automatic in the January issue of MM&FF. They are doing a GP on converters until the end of march. Now is the time! More info if wanted. Mark
