The battery probably. Get it tested. They tend to go bad in the cold weather when they are old. Im guessing you jumped the car after you put pump and filter in?

It could be. You just replaced the fuel side and it didnt make it better. It could get enough juice to turn, but not enough to crank. Cold weather generally makes an old battery show it. Its a free test.

Also i would check the intertia switch as 2k said. Its in trunk driver side, behind the lining (pretty much behind the tail light). Will have a red button. Should be pushed in.

spend the $50 and get a fuel pressure guage, and see if your getting fuel pressure, since it did not start and it ran for awhile after pump change it sounds like a bad fuel pump relay or connection. don't just keep throwing parts at it(seen several of your threads)

A ghetto way to check fuel rail pressure is leave it on cycle and hit the valve on the fuel rail. Just make sure you are ready for it because it will spray you in the eyes.... So stand back and low.

holy crap. i JUST did this lol

for the record, walmart battery FTL. it puts out like 11.3v, enough to turn it over but not enough to start the car. battery is 2 months old too, and they wont take it back even though it doesn't meet OEM specs.

try the battery thing bro, i did the exact same thing as you, tossing money at it until it works. im out 300+ bucks now. do yourself a favor and go get a motorcraft battery from a dealer, or a high end dry cell or something. dont skimp when it comes to parts.

or you can use starting fluid like i was doing thats always a good idea!!!!

sounds like the starter man you should try to turn your car on and tell your dad to get under the car and hit the starter a couple of times and it should start, that happen to mine and is fine now

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the alternator is draining your battery because the alternator IS NOT WORKING thus creating the battery to die completely after a drive.

Dunno. Try the battery with a multimeter. See if it's putting out 12V like it should and see how it's handling.

That could be true too. I'd check that out.
