Maybe it's only a Navy thing? I thought that it was DoD wide. Anyways, it's a special request for duty days off.

haha days off?lol I worked 3 extra days...weekend duty and the V day holiday and they said they'd give me comp time...somehow 1 day was comp to working 3 days....i did not know 3=1?
