upr CAI cheap

selling the old CAI off my car i got a jlt now....its def not the best cai you can buy.... its a fenderwell im not sure how long it was on my car it was there when i bought it i do belive every peice is there for the installation may be missing a clamp or so but nothing big, looking to get 70 shipped obo
btw im not positive its a upr but the filter def is...so im assuming

looks like a upr kit is it in pretty good shape? as far as scratches etc.?

it seems like it wasent a high quilty kit so its not to scratched up is just like the chrome isnt smooth kinda rough, looks good under the hood none the less i never had any problems with it
