2006 Xterra X Start up noise

Stats:
2006 Nissan Xterra X
4*2
4.0 DOHC
52xxx mi on the clock
2xxx mi on lucas 10-30 Full syn oil with vmax additive (added after problem occured)
Had Fram Tough guard filter went back to stock
Fuel: varies btwn 89-87

Problem:
At initial startup i hear a very very clear "clanking" and it wont go away until the oil/engine warms up. I took it in and the nissan had it for two days and couldnt pin point the source/cause of it. the only bits of advise given was swap the fram out, and run it till it breaks, but i would much rather know whats wrong. Seeing as how it is our workhorse. plus it did it after my drive fom here to norcal. 710 fluid level is good, as is the oil pressure. The vmax thing only kinda helped it a lil, for a day or two. last oil i had in it was RP 10-30

Alomejor tienes algo quebrado? saca el aceite y inspeciona a ver si tienes algunos pedazos de algo alli.

i dunno man, but i really dont wanna change my oil out again, lol that last time i spent over 40 bucks just on the oil.
