Harley F150 Supercrew

I am thinking about getting rid of the my 01 GT for a Harley F150 at the end of the summer, i would like a lightning but Id prefer the back seat.

What are the 1/4 mile times stock for these? What are they actually putting down on dynos stock? How easy are they to mod are they like the 03/04 cobra just a pulley swap away from big power? are the internals forged?

any info at all will help my decision between an 05+ gt, f150 harley, 02 jag x type r

I'm going to assume you are talking about the 02-04 models and not the brand new ones.

My best friend has an 03 and it is nice. One of the nicest trucks I've ever been in. It just glides down the road. And for a big ass truck they are pretty quick. All he has is a lower pulley and very minor suspension mods and he can give a light bolt-on 2V GT a run for it's money.

The motors are not built though like an 03-04 Cobra. 450-500 rhwp is really pushing it on the stock motor.

And just to add one more thing. I've spent a lot of time in and around his truck, and I've spent a lot of time in and around 2V GT's, and if it was me, I would take the Harley Truck over a 2V GT for a daily driver.

Having a truck is nice (it would be nice if they where 4x4, but neither is a Mustang). They are not all that quick, but neither is a 2V unless you completely re-do the motor, add a ton of nitrous or boost, and spend a ton of cash.

yeah i was referring to the 02-04 model but thanks for the info im looking to get around 380-400rwhp so im looking for a car that comes w/ a supercharged v8 that will work as a DD

with a pulley some tires and suspension you think the harley would be in the 12s?

i have a 2007 Harley f150 4x4 that i will sell. 37,000 miles. Really nice truck. I am wanting to get a diesel f250 since i have horses now.

We had an 03 Harley edition and it was a great truck, deffinentaly go for it.

I really like the harley truck and would definitely say that imo there is no other truck that is as nice as the Harley F150. Blacked out interior with harley emblems in the seat and all over the dash and all. Mine has factory navi, dvd, sub, etc. I like it but just need a diesel.

i looked at the forum and a guy ran 13.67 @ 100 with : 4# lower, TR6's, K&N panel filter, FTVB, bassani catback, *** oil separator, Sniper tune.

i think im going to get one in july or an 05 gt
