BMW Z4 worth the money?

My brother is getting married and buying a new car. He wants a two seater less than $20k with less than 30k miles. So he found a Platinum 2004 BMW Z4 with 21k miles for $17.9k. Anyone driven one of these things? Are the qualities of the car worth the cash? Cause they are sexy as hell.

I like them, but personally I would only get the M model. Just over 300bhp in that tiny little car is awesome. I was going to get a Z4 coupe a while back, but ended up going with a C6.

If he just wants a nice little cruiser, then yea, get it.

I think it would be worth $17k in a heartbeat. They ride pretty nice, have sweet power, and are light and nimble.

350zs are cool..but 370s are hotter. I dont know if 370s are that cheap yet though..hmm check it out
