how much nitrous will a 408 windsor take?

So, in my never-ending quest to be satisfied with enough horsepower (i know, its not possible) i have built a 408 stroker, with the fallowing arrangement of parts

1996 351w roller block, stroked to 408ci.
cast crank and rods, forged pistons
10:1 compression
crane powermax roller cam (224/232 @50, 540/560 lift @ valves, 112lsa)
edelbrock RPM aluminum heads (2.02, 1.60, 170cc runners)
edelbrock 750 carb on weiand stealth intake
shorty headers and dual 2.5" exhaust.

anyhow, it's too slow. so tonight i was thinking, maybe some nitrous would be fun? but how much can I run before it explodes?

i am guessing a cheap set of cast I-beams? if so, i would stick to 100 shot.

stock 5.0 hld 150 wet shot//.. im puttin a 200 shot on my 414ci stroked windsor..

Yes, the rods are cast I beams. yes they were cheap ones. it's in a bronco.. and i took it out today and mud whomped it and i was actually pretty pleased with the power. then the engine mounts broke. oh well, it's always something. don't think I'll have them replaced before this weekend though

i was considering a 125 wet shot. i was really curious though, as i don't know that much about nitrous, how limited am i due to the higher compression of the engine? (at 10:1) i figured it's too high for any significant amount of boost, but does the same hold true for the nitrous, or does its cooling factor help things?
