I heard that if you use the Dexicool or Dexcool whatever....i heard that it will slowly eat away your intake gasket??is that true because my gasket is leaking antifreeze and i cnat drive my beater now!!! i also need two new tires because their bald but thats beside the point! they told me that hte intake gasket will cost about 400 bucks!

Call up a Pontiac store and ask them the best type to use. Certain types of coolant will eat away at parts in certain cars. Nobody will know better than the stealership.

Dexcool i have read or heard is molecularly smaller?? or some shit so you may notice leaks because the molecules are smaller. gm recommends adding some type of stop leak additive i think. I wouldn't add stop leak though it may impede flow
