yea i'm going to, i'm just waiting until i get the pan on and the pistons in. i dont wanna get any of the rust in the block when i'm sanding it. I'm planning on painting it black

got the car to the shop today. Gonna start stripping out the interior tomorrow with my girlfriend. Should be ready for new seats and interior trim by the end of the weekend. also hoping to get the new dash in. i'll take pics and put some up later on.

Here are some pics of progress. Have the carpet, headliner, front automatic seatbelts, and so on out of the car. Putting in manual seatbelts, and grey interior. dash should be swapped out tomorrow.

Whatever it takes to get it done, i was thinking about 8 grand. Total without paint, i'm looking at under 3 grand, so it'll probably be closer to 6 grand. We'll just have to wait and see.

Little bit of an update... GOT THE ENGINE AND TRANS OUT! but in the process the passengers side wheel bearing fell apart. Was working on putting the brakes on and the wheels to push it out of the shop and it just.... fell apart...

Thanks, will do. Now that everything is out and ready to be put back together, i have A LOT of cleaning, polishing, and painting to do before reassembly.
