89 F-150 2wd wheelbearings

My ex has the above mentioned vehicle as her work truck. Last fall, the drivers side wheelbearings went to shit. Scarred the spindle just slightly. I replaced the bearings, seal, rotor, race and smoothed the spindle. The passenger side did the same thing. She had it repaired at a shop. Then the drivers side went out again January of this year. I replaced all the parts again. Today, the whole damn wheel came off. Spindle, hub, rotor all of it. Any ideas as to what might be the recurring problem?

:wink Before any of you spout off and say shoddy workmanship on my part, lemme quench that thought. Wrong! I did it flawlessly.
