2002 Toyota Solara HVAC
My brother has a 2002 Solara and the HVAC controls are getting a little squirly. The fan has four settings just like the fan speed in the mustangs. Well his two lower speeds have stopped working. The two upper ones work just fine.
Anyone got any ideas on what the deal is?

Don't have too many toyotas at work, but I'd check for a blower motor resistor. Not sure exactly where this would be located on your brothers car, but I'd suspect behind your glovebox maybe. Not too terribly expensive.
