Who can help me find the best tool?

I'm looking for an interface to get fault codes and reset the light on a Citroen Xantia HDi 1999.
Can anyone give me some advice?

if youre looking for a scan tool i would reccomend the Snap on Modis. Its all we use at my shop, it lacks come bidirectional controls and some dealer specific functions but it still does alot.

What the hell is he even looking for? It looks like an OBDII port code reader but at the same time the car he listed isn't even a mustang. It's not even American... It's French.......

The best is tool is lexia3,ELM 327 can do it but the assurance is 20% . Because use ELM 327 should pass its agreement,it can't do without the agreement.Though Lexia3 is more expensive,it can do all the cars successfully.
