04 Impala SS started knocking

Well the other day my car started knocking after about an hour and a half drive. It has sat for about 4 days since then and i just went out to check it again and get this video. At first the knock stopped and I let it idle for a few minutes and went for a drive and it came back.

I just want to get an idea of whether you guys think its a valve train related knock or if its rotating assembly.

NO way to fast for a rod, correct me if I'm wrong but I think thats still a pushrod engine. I'm thinking you have a rocker arm bolt come loose or a lifter leaking...
