z28 time


so I currently own an 02 stang v6, and I have decided Im going to get a camaro, ive noticed there a hella lot cheaper then getting a gt (maybe not on insurance) but hey kinda nice to have an ls1 soo I will probably be going to a maro thread soon but dont get to mad its better than getting a honda or something

Get the 98-02 models, they have the LS1 if you're hell bent on getting a camaro. The LT1s are good engines but the optispark ignition is a load of shit on them.

well Im looking at a 93 and a 94 I dont neccesarrily have to have the ls1 I morely just want a v8 lol and the 90s stangs arent as nice lookining imo and are more exspencive in my area

94 have a vented opti, less problems. just get an msd for 549 and be done with it. try to geta t56 6 speed.

so Im prolly gonna get this 84 I found had a 350 swap done to it tho.... Im going to test drive it some time this week ill let you guys know how it goes and btw is there anything I should know to look for never delt with carb motors b4 heres a link to it

Dude, keep your Mustang. And this is coming from a chevy guy. That 84 looks like a pos. I've been there-done that. If you get a Camaro go with 98-02. You can find them for around $9000 with decent miles.

There is a reason why in the ad the poster says he ran out of money on the car. That 3rd gen has a lot that needs done to it, more than you want to invest unless you really like them.

Just get one of the 98-02 cars.

yeah Im keeping my mustang but im ready for a v8 and Im not exactly wanting to spend close to 9k for one and everyone and there mother where I come from has a 4th gen

if you have the option, ditch the mustang! even if its for an LTx, still a lot better platform. the opti isnt that big of a deal.
