Driving lits as in like a fog light/driving light?

best place would be top/bottom of the bumper between the ends and the push bars.

I concur. I went with some cheap chrome 5" 100W lights from Autozone on my F150, and I'm actually pleasantly surprised by them. They've been on there for about three years now, put out great light, and I use them regularly.
