91 exploder with 380hp 5.0?

good idea or bad?
2012 summer im gonna build a new 5.0 up for my 95 stang the old motor i wanna put in my exploder its a 91 with a 4.0 that has 256xxxmi on it plan on the motor swap build up a tranny out of a early 90s f150 4x4 and turn the exploder into a donut machine that will scoot in the snow and mud aside from new front end for the 4x4 and tranny transfercase and ecu what else will i have to convert? any help is appriated

if u have a junkyard close u should get the motor mounds headers and oil cooler off a 5.0 explorer
