1983 bronco roller 302 cam selection?

I picked up a 92 gt mustang 5.0 motor the other day. I'm have a wieand stealth intake, gt40p heads, LT headers, and a edlebrock 600cfm carb to bolt up to it. I have a E cam that i can install but i get mixed emotions when asking people about using it in my 4400lbs beast. Summit tech says use it, local machine shop says use it. My choices are between the stock cam advanced 4*(bought adjustable timing set) or the E cam. The bronco has the 4 speed in it (granny 1st) and i believe 3.55's and 32" tires. I'm not going to be doing in rock crawling. Maybe just the occasional tow and driving in the snow during the winter.
