There technicaly is no 2007 viper and the Z06 is more than 60000 and if they race there will not be total domination on one side it would be very close not sure who would win but it would only be by a nose

I realize the price of the z06. I also realize the price of previous Vipers, above 80000.

I'd like you guys to go read some road and track where they pit the Viper vs the Z06 vs the new Cobra.

The Z06 performs = to that of the Viper, for a lot less.

Ha, you mean the DODGE Viper? Dodge, which is a subsidiary of Daimler-Chrysler, the GERMAN car manufacturer? This Acura has a V10, plenty of Ferraris have V10s, there is nothing "American" about a V10, and Dodge is less "American" than Mazda so to call a Viper "American thunder" and call this Acura a ricer is lunacy.

sorry cams, having ridden in both a C6 Z06 and a Shelby GT500, im gonna have to call BS on your story. there is absolutely no way in hell you pulled on a z06 with you being stock. your dads viper MIGHT give you the adrenaline a new z06 can give you, but the GT500 will be light years behind. yeah, the GT500 is fast, but it needs to horsepower to accomodate for that fatass it is hauling around.. the z06 has a leg up on it in every aspect.. if you did outrun a corvette, there is not a doubt in my mind it was a plain c6, not a z06.. im serious.. you will absolutely shit yourself (guaranteed or your money back :p) in the new z06 once you realize how fast that beast will suck every ounce of fat off your face at acceleration.. yeah, the GT500 is cool on account of being so rare, but there is now way in HELL i'd buy a GT500 knowing that for a little extra i could own a z06.. read my thread on the z06 in the clubhouse...

but seriously tho, i dunno about now, but they did a test on 2004 cars

they took the mustang cobra, viper, and Z06 and did 3 tests

drag racing, the vette won, followed VERY closely by the cobra, then the viper

handling, who u think won? lol followed by the cobra, then the viper

braking, surprisingly the viper won if im not mistaken.. then the vette, cobra

i dunno if this still holds relevance.. obviously not for the mustang but.. ZO6 is a ZO6 right? lol
