C6 Z06>GT500 hands down.... c'mon, seriously? if you pulled on a NEW Z06 in a GT500 you must have some shit done. the Z06 has the same power in a WAY lighter platform.. doesn't take much rocket science..

Viper is slightly quicker in a straight line and in the corners, BUT there is not TCS makin it very hard to drive at the limit. Most driver of a Z06 could beat a viper cuz the viper drive wont be able to use the car to its fullest.

the new viper has 600HP as far as out performing the Z06 yes in straight line it does...but i mean honestly with 95 more HP what'd you expect??? When it comes to handling its been proven on tracks. The Z06 out performs the viper and the Shelby by far...the Z06 when it was released held the record at the nurburing until the the new Porsche 911 was tested there, and ran faster, which i think has been beaten by the new Nissan GT-R
