So recently my SVTF has been getting hot. Usually it was just the oil temp gauge that would go up. This gauge in these cars is a dumby gauge of sorts and doesn't give an accurate reading, so I generally just ignore it b/c it always goes back to normal. Well last night, my coolant temp gauge went up as well, so now I'm concerned. Checked my coolant and it was fine, so I assumed it wasn't that. I started the diagnosis by reading up on the issue and came to a few possible things it could be. Checked my cooling fan relays and they were fine. Fuses were fine so that was checked off. I began reading about the problems with the cooling fan resistor male and female connections. I'm almost 100% positive this is where my issue lies. I took pics of the connections and well, I'll let them speak for themselves.

Looks like I will be replacing both these and hopefully my cooling fan issue will be solved. This I can just splice in or should I get a whole new cooling fan wiring harness?

That got a bit hot lol. My svtf had a thermostat housing leak from the factory :/ have you had to replace the cable and lever for the secondaries in the intake yet?
