91 Vetteis it worth looking at to buy? i dont know much about vettes but im sure someone here does... ps its that icky green color so ill probably want to paint it |

If it is in good condition I would definately go for it. 91's from a private seller should run about 8500 at least even in a poor condition.
But mention that you are going to get the thing painted and make an offer of $6500 and if he doesn't go for that say you will go for $7000 if he doesn't call you after a week. |

im assuming its stock so i think its a 5.7 liter, 245hp.
is that motor strong ? (aka does it have any quirks i shoiuld know about?) i think it has a targa top (is that standard?) my dad went to look at it , he said the paint is ok (but like i said its just that weird green color.) dont know of specific fancy options. i think its an auto. i dont mind though. i assume id have no issues reselling it if i needed to? |

The 5.7 is a relatively strong motor as it is a 350 block that has been one of the mainstays for GM for many years and should not have any quirks unless the EFI is messing up. The targa top was not standard, but an option as they either came out as convertibles or hardtops with the targa top option. If you needed to resell it at any time, I don't believe that you would have a problem.
