302 supercharged or turboed
hello i have a 1967 mercury comet and i was wondering what you guys think. should i supercharge or turbo? its a 289 bored to a 302 with a decent cam, intake, carb and full exhaust (18000 original miles). Not sure on the compression

i would do supercharger like a Weiand 174 if u have room.

Technically you can't bore out a 289 to a 302. You can change out the crank and rods, pistons are the same, from a 302 into your 289 block to make a 302. I'd vote for the Weiand supercharger and plan to get one for my rebuild when it happens.
