Wifes 2003 Taurus
Just shit the alternator! Damnit those things are like 150 bux! Actually acted like a mustang when it went lol. Theft light flashing rapidly and then when I jump it as soon as I turn on the headlights the car dies and a .7A parasitic drain on the battery so the damn voltage regulator in the alt. (I assume) went out. Bad part is I just went through this on my bronco not 2 weeks ago!

if it's just a regulator, those can be serviced seperately. Take it to Browning's, they'll fix it for a lot less than $150
