Transmisson Name
Anyone know the name of the 4 speed auto tranny available in the 1989 Dodge 1500 p/u 318ci 4 wheel drive?

I know the A727 was the heavy duty transmission used in the '89 dodge trucks, however for your application, I believe you may have the A500. That transmission, according to my research, was used in the V6 and 5.2L (318ci) engines. Hopefully you'll find something useful here.
