1998 Ranger Help
ok. my Rangers battery's light has been on for a while now. but it does go off everyonce in a while. like when the RPM's get up high enough. its a brand new battery and the the cables are on tight. the starter was rebuilt not to long ago cause the car dint start one day. dint even crank at all. so i got my dads friend to rebuid it.
im thinking the Alt is bad cause i do hear ticking or a slight knock coming from there. maybe bearings are bad it it?? and the fact the light goes off when the RPM's get up high enough sometimes. im not really sure. any help would be apreciated.
