2002 Subaru Impreza 2.5rs

Should I get one? Don't tell me to get a WRX cause I can't afford one. This one's dark blue, 5spd, 5x,xxxmiles, great shape, new tires, and they want upper eights for it

I can easily afford it. Payments would be roughly $95/month for me. Not too bad at all

I really like the 2.5RS, and would probably take a 2.5RS coupe over a WRX (2 door ftw).

If you're into having a handling car, I say get it. If you know what a "momentum car" is, and know how that can be a good thing, get it.

If you're going to take it down to the drag strip, you'll be disappointed, and the car would be wasted on you.

It's not a coupe and they didn't make a coupe in '02 or anytime that I know of. But it is lighter than my mustang somehow

Went and test-drove it today and this thing is a really good driver. Gearbox is nice and tight and the road feel is about the same if not better IMO as my Mustang.

better than my stock single port 3.8 was. And they are a nice and sporty alternative (the sedan version) if you want to be able to haul some people around in a sedan

if my insurance check would ever get in, I would. I think it will be up there for a while though since it's not a great looking car and since it's a five speed. And not many Texas rednecks are gonna want a Subi so I think I'll have a fair chance at it.

I bought it today! I got it for $7288 which is amazing since it was $8995. It's a great little car and I'm gonna enjoy it a lot.

6%ish and monthly payments just for the loan would be around $90
