Tell me wtf is so special about the S10 pickups. Everyone talks like theyre the fastest out their, and im just curious what you guys think.

there are a few lowered and hotrodded ones around here... there are several options for superchargers and turbo systems for them, along with the usual plethora of parts for any chevy based vehicle......

Other than that, they are just fugly....

aw man i wish you didnt tell me that. When i get a 99+ mustang soon, my friend wants to race his dads s10. Its got the 4.3 vortech... you just made me loose a ounce of confidence

A S10 can pretty much fit MOST of the Chevy Engines out there with minor modifications...Most have kits for motor swaps as well...

And the 4.3 is a f*cking beast of a V6 in its self...

the 4.3 can do amazing things... the V-8 swap over makes them even more wicked..

a buddy of mines got a 2002 S-10 with the 4.3 Vortech and I raced him and he was hanging with me until I hit 3rd i was actually nervous

they are great to mod is why some like them and others just because its a Chev and they don`t want a Ford or Dodge counterpart
