wtf did you raise the CR for with the 243s?

who built the 60e?

I say 13.2 @ 102

your gonna need a good tune to dial down the detonation..

The 243's lower compression, not raise it.
Stock 862 truck heads have 61cc chambers
Stock 243 LS 6 heads have 64cc chambers.
get about half point drop. from 9.5 to 9.0 ish

Century Transmission built the 60e
Got their Stg-III build up.
4l60E / 4L65/70 Stg. III Transmission Build-Up :: Century Automotive & Transmission - Superb Products

Actually midway thru build I discovered its a 4.8L
Which is actaully kinda rare in a Tahoe, 95% of em got 5.3's
Same engine, just little shorter stroke on the 4.8
