Our shipping includes all the fees, so you can see exactly how much you would have to pay before placing the order. I can't see it costing more then a few bucks though.

They were sold out for a bit because someone posted up the code publicly on a coupon website. 4000 calendars sold out in less then an hour of it posting...most probably to people that don't even have or care about Mustangs...they just wanted something free.

I was only able to get a few cases more, so I will still send a code to forum members that want one. But make sure to keep the code private so every forum member that wants one can get one, because once they are gone this time, they are all gone.
