LOL because we are still painting and setting it all up on the website. It's a huge project and we want to make sure everything is perfect for you before it goes live cause we are awesome like that.

Can you give us a sneak peak at available parts that'll be pre-painted?

*cough* 03/04 Cobra/GT side scoops *cough*

Its going to be a graduated roll out...there are a TON of parts to paint. Initially we will start out with the most popular 05-09 parts, then the most popular 99-04, etc. Then when we get through the most popular items for the years we will go back and start adding other popular parts to the years.

I know a list of initial parts that will be offered painted will include chin spoilers, hood scoops, quarter window scoops, quarter window louvers, side scoops, mirror covers, headlight splitters, and probably a few others I am missing.

LOL...no hoods at 1st. I am actually not sure if it is even feasible to ship a painted item as large as a hood without incurring a large number of shipping damage claims. Something that will have to be looked in to.

My bumper came pre-painted just fine... if you package the hood well enough (give a good ammount of cushioning) it could get to the destination just fine. Just add like a $10 charge to the Hoods to cover a good bit of extra padding.

My bumper came with a plastic layer, a foam layer, a bubble wrap layer, a very soft drop cloth, and then the bumper. The cloth was soft enough to not scratch the paint in shipping and provided a layer between the bubble wrap and the paint.

When it boils down to it, the pre-painted parts deliver a great value and convenience for the customer. If certain items can't be done in a way that maintain that value and convenience then we won't do them. Like I said we'll look into it and weigh every aspect. The best case scenario for both us and you is to be able to offer EVERY part to you pre-painted.

Can I make a suggestion nick? As you can see, the terminator side scoops seem to be in high demand. Is there any chance of picking up some? Honestly, the body section of for 99-04 on AM kinda sucks. Some nice termi parts would be awesome
