Help!!

Just put through three orders in the last few weeks. First order was great, second order great. Finishing up my project today and found out the 8 NGK plugs i ordered came through with only 7. One box had 4, other box had only 3.

Just so i could finish it i put in an old plug i had laying around until tmrw when i can buy another NGK, hopefully someone in the area has one for sale.

What can you do for me? I opened the box right in front of my car, then opened the sparkplug box, so it couldnt have been lost on my part somehow.

Just doesnt seem like american muscle quality. never had a problem before and will not hold it against you for this. Still love the place!!

I checked on your order and we sent a replacement spark plug out to you today. You should see it in about the next two to three business days, so please let me know if it hasn't made it to you by the end of the week. What can you do for me? I opened the box right in front of my car, then opened the supercharger box, so it couldn't have been lost on my part somehow. Just doesn't seem like American muscle quality. never had a problem before and will not hold it against you for this. Still love the place!!
